79 Group sets the following privacy policy with regards to certain information that may be used to identify individuals including clients, business partners, employees and officers of the Group in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations of Japan, and establishes a system of protecting Personal Information as follows.
79 Group acquires Personal Information by lawful and fair means, and shall disclose the purpose of use of Personal Information in this Policy, or notify the principal and use it within the scope of the purpose of use.

79 Group shall take appropriate security measures such as protection against unauthorized access and computer viruses to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of Personal Information.
79 Group to respond sincerely and promptly to any request by the owner of the Personal Information to disclose, correct, suspend use, remove, etc. of their Personal Information.
